2010
Founded
Alexey Alekseev starts RenoEthics in Richmond Hill, focusing exclusively on medical office renovations. First client: a dental clinic on Yonge Street needing a complete operatory buildout.
2012
First Pharmacy Build-Out
Completed first pharmacy renovation in Vaughan. This project required navigating OCP (Ontario College of Pharmacists) compliance—establishing our expertise in regulated healthcare spaces.
2015
First Employee Hired
Marco DeSantis joins as licensed electrician. This allowed us to bring electrical work in-house rather than subcontracting—improving quality control and client communication.
2017
Walk-In Clinic Expansion
Completed 10th medical facility project. Referrals from healthcare professionals now generating 70% of new business. Reputation in medical renovation space solidified across York Region.
2019
Residential Division Launch
Medical clients asked us to renovate their homes. Launched residential services with same quality standards. First residential project: kitchen renovation for a Markham physician.
2020
Team Expansion
Added licensed plumber Tuan Vuong to the team. All core trades now in-house. Pandemic home renovation demand led to 40% increase in residential bathroom projects.

HVAC Integration
Added HVAC specialist Kyle Ng to the team. Can now handle complete mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects without external subcontractors.
